This beer is brewed with water, barley malt, hops and yeast. The most outstanding feature is the natural Antillanca water, which is drawn from the well, a 110 mts depth. It gets then filtered, purified and bottled.

19/12/2018. Bottle from Beervana, Santiago. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, caramel, malt and grass with a hint of marzipan. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Grainy finish with some bitterness. Ok. NB - the bottle says bottled and distributed by Embotelladora Metropolitana and the website for cervezaantillanca.cl gives the same address and contact number so have entered here rather than set up a new brewery.
