KØ18. Roasted aroma. Black colour. Small head. Roasted flavour. Dusty but clean. Hint of lactose and ashes. Medium bitterness, lower than expected of the style.

Easy drinking and well rounded like old Corvettes. Salt and dalr chocolate, roast. A little caramel. Black pour with good head and lacing. Oily. Bittersweet. Tap at Szynkarnia.

Butelka. Czarne, nieprzejrzyste. Piana drobnopęcherzykowa, zbita, ale szybko opada do zera. W aromacie cały czas intensywne kakao (takie mocne kakao do picia, a nie tabliczka czekolady), poza tym najpierw trochę kawy i karmelu, potem wyraźna suszona śliwka. W smaku pełne, kakaowe ze średnią goryczką, która mogła by być wyższa. Nie jest słone, choć sól wyraźnie odkłada się na ustach i można ją poczuć jeśli po chwili się obliżemy. Wysycenie średnie, raczej za wysokie jak na ten styl. Bardzo przyjemne piwo.

[ As Golem Dybuk ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, cseet malt, chocolate, light wood - soy sauce, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, light wood, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 06.2017, temperatura degustacji 14-16 stopni h, szkło snifter. PIANA: beżowa, obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, szybko się dziurawi i znika delikatnie zdobiąc szkło. BARWA : ciemno brunatne wręcz czarne, w szerokim szkle nie przejrzyste. AROMAT: słodki przypalone ciasto (pienik), czekolada, kakao, delikatna nuta estrów z alkoholem trochę przypominająca rum (na bardzo niskim poziomie) SMAK: ziemistość, gorzka czekolada, finisz wytrawny z delikatnią palonością i cierpkością którą nadaje goryczkowo-kwaskowaty posmak. Świetna faktura, gładkie, śliskie, aksamitne, cierpko ściągające, średnio pełne, wysycenie średnie do niskiego. Do mnie ta interpretacja Robust Portera trafia, smaczne, pijalne.
