To celebrate Co-operatives fortnight (23rd June - 7th July) we joined forces with The Fox and Goose in Hebden Bridge, and the Gardeners Rest in Sheffield and brewed Garden Fox, a 4.3% collaborative Amber bitter.

24/8/2018. Cask at the 41st Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, treacle, hops, malt and citrus. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a head and a denser hoppy taste. Has mild metallic notes.
