21/8/2018. Bottle from Seven Seasons, Hoxton. Pours clear very pale gold with a small short lasting white head. Aroma of ripening pears, caramel and citrus. Moderate sweetness. Light body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Dry, semi-tart, and ever so slightly salty finish.

500ml bottle. Dorata chiara, vivissima, limpida, leggerissimo velo di schiuma. Al naso abbastanza monocorde, sentori di succo di pera, lieve citrico, leggerissimo acetico. In bocca รจ dolce all'attacco con finale appena acidulo. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Si beve.
