At a tasting, many thanks, medium slightly gushing bubbly head, a touch hazy palish orange color, aroma of juniper and lime, lots of lime in flavor with spicy undertones, strong but mellow lemony sourness, whiff of flowers and salt and some herbal tea coming through. Fun, highly enjoyable.

Keg at the Euston Tap, East Lodge, 12/09/18. Pale golden blonde with a big old off white head of tightly knit bubbles. Nose is lemon rind, green berry must, sour dough bread, straw, light funk. Taste comprises white grape tang, straw, juniper berry, damp cloth, grains, grassy, lemon drizzle, nip of salt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light sour climax. Decent.

Keg at the Pembury - Hackney. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Certain floral aroma, some pine needles, grass, lemon zest, wheat. Light sweet flavour with some wheat and biscuits, lemon peel, honeysuckle, pear. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with pleasant floral notes, sourdough bread, lemon peel. Fun stuff.
