Brewed like a NEIPA, french hops on the hot side (cascade and aramis and in dry hop (aramis), ultra fresh and local chardonnay grape pomace infusion. Thiol boost yeast.

Base de NEIPA, houblons français (cascade, aramais)à chaud et un peu à froid (aramis), infusion de marcs de chardonnay ultra frais et locaux, levures "thiol boost".

15/III/25 - 44cl can @ post-4 hombres tasting, Bart A.’s place, BB: XII/2025 (2025-296) Thanks to Bart A. for sharing the can!

Cloudy orange blond beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, some banana, herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, nice, fruity, pretty bitter, herbal touch. Aftertaste: hoppy, a touch of tropical fruits, grapes, acidic, soft bitterness, soapy touch, not bad, but I’m not a big fan.

Draught Huge, fluffy and lacey head over fully hazy yellow beer. Other grains, faint citrus. Not much in the nose, really. Sweet, and slightly fruitsour. Some sourish grapes are quite plausible. Unusual malts. Medium bodied at least, good carbonation, very slick. Nice, but I would have liked more punch from the grapes.

0,44l can at home. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells leathery, earthy, lychee, light fruit notes. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, tobacco, peppery, herbal, soapy. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and herbal notes. Nice one overall, more like a West Coast IPA.

Tap, light hazy golden yellow. Small head. Aroma is grain, malt, grape. Taste is the same, sweet, grape, malt, fruit. Nice one
