Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Near black with a small off-white head with a fair strength. Has a dryness to its roasted malts which is stated in both aroma and taste. Its coffee notes are heavy amongst these.

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. Coffee amd chocolate aroma - a creamy mocha. Dark and.glossy. Creamy beige head, if on the thin side. Slightly sourer than I was expecting; berries. However there is a coffee base. Some sweetness, with a bitter Camp Coffee finish. Medium bodied but a tad watery. Average carb. Long finish. The aroma sucked me in, expected more. Good but scores more for the aroma.
