[ As Hiisi Mandarine Dream ].Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast - tripel yeast, light orange - mandarin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cookie - sweet malt, sweet malt, sweet yeasty, yeast, light manadarin - orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160706] 7-3-6-3-12

Draught@William K, Kurvi. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity and mild wooden notes. Flavour is spicy, some yeasty notes along with some citrus and mild sweet malty notes. A slight alcohol punch as well in the finish.

Tap@ William k, kurvi. Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Oranges, sweetness, spicy, peppery notes. Flavor has Belgian yeast, sweetness, orange peel, mild spicy notes. Bit unbalanced. Alcohol coming through in the finish.

(Keg William K. Tennispalatsi, 20160506) The beer poured amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had Belgian style yeast and mildly honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were Belgian style yeast, grassy hops, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter. A brew lacking balance.

Tap at William K, Sörnäinen. Hazy yellow color, good creamy off-white head. Aroma has some citrus, riped fruits ... Belgi yeast and some spices. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, grassy and zesty hops, alcohol and spiceyness. Aftertaste has lingering spices and some alcohol. Restless tripel.
