Was going to check out a new wine shop but couldn’t e bothered to cross the busy road. Glad I nipped in to the White Hart, Chobham, instead. Hedgehog is a Surrey brewery I’d not ticked yet. Floral. Honey. Slight sour edge to the aroma though. Gold. Thin but creamy white head. Light bitter. Develops some sweetness but also an underlying sourness. A touch of hops. Honey. Malts. Light bodied with a slick mouthfeel. Some carbonation. Dry finish. A soda-esque tang in the finish. Average golden, marred by having sour elements but not in a good way.
