Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours faintly hazed orange-gold with a fluffy, mostly white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with expressive saison yeast, some pithy grapefruit, wheat flakes, straw, pale bread, melon. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, par wheat bread, yeast, tangerine, peach, grapefruit, white pepper. Very nice, traditionally styled saison.

Draft at the White House, light hazed golden colour with a white head. Light yeasty, and some citrus fruity. Medium body.
