Belgityylinen saison: pirteä, kevyt ja tyylinmukaisesti aavistuksen hapan. Loistava kesäjuoma. Sopivasti jenkki-twistiä antaa Equinox-humala. Oluen valmistuksessa on käytetty aitoa vadelmaa, joka korostaa hedelmäisyyttä. Idea kolmen panimomestarin yhteisen oluen valmistamiseen syntyi Denverin lähellä sijaitsevan Mount Evansin huipulla. Draught @ William K. Kurvi, Helsinginkatu 2, Helsinki, Finland 00500. [ As Plevna / Beer Hunters / Mallaskoski Mount Evans ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair - good lacing, mostly diminishing to lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain - wheat, pale malt, fruity, berry, raspberry, light yeasty, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grain - wheat - yeast, saison yeast, fruity - berry, raspberry. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160706] 5-3-5-3-11

Draught @SOPP Helsinki 2016. Golden colour, white head. Smell of grass, raspberry, some hop. Aroma of grain, raspberry, hop, grass. Very light body, half soft and strong carbon. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter. Light and slightly watery palate.

Draught @ Piimälinna, Joensuu. Pours golden with a smooth head. Aroma of berries, fruits, yeast, malts and caramel. Taste is stuffy and sweetish with some notes of berries, spices and earthy notes. Finish is sweet and stuffy with some berries and yeast. Interesting.

Tap@ William k, kurvi. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Sweet apricots, citrus notes, marmalade. Flavor has sweetness, apricots, slight tartness. Very refreshing.

Draught@HBF2016. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and some mild spruce as well as some berries. Flavour is fruity, floiral, wooden, some slight funky notes as well as a nice fresh sweetish citrusy and herbal finish.

(Keg at HBF2016) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy saison.

Tap at HBF2016. Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Fruity, Saison yeasty, white peppery aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. White pepper, fruity Saison yeasty. Watery finish. Very classic flavor but too watery.
