Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear reddish-amber color with a medium thin foamy light beige head that recedes quickly. Thin sheet of lacing. The aroma is fruit and sweet malt. Light to medium body with flavors of biscuity malt, fruit and light hops. The finish is malty with a short sweet aftertaste. Barely average overall.

Draft sampler. Red and pretty cloudy compared to other beers here. Light scrum of foam. I can catch a bit of toffee malt smell. Taste shows hops that are a bit sharp for an English beer. Pinprick carbonation helps deliver the balanced flavor better. Nice dry finish accented by a floral hop note.
