Draft @ the brew pub. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty sweetish chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty sweetish chocolate finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Draft at BOSS picnic. This is off a regular tap instead of nitro, so this will be a different impression. Thin, brown eggshell head. More bitter astringency than most oatmeals, but also more grainy and roasty. I thought it should be smoother, but that’s just my opinion and I’ll eventually get to try it in its "natural environment."
