[ As Dominion Junga Brother ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, caramel. Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, not that sweet. Soapy florness dominates. Some dried fruit. Little orangey hop. Dry finish. Sorry Dominion - really not that good.

Cask at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Golden orange with an off white head. Nose is light orange, bread dough, straw. Taste comprises grass, bready malts, melon, light citric peel. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so affair.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is dirty smoke, farmyard, tangy apple, rustic. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, Palate is grainy, semi sweet, earthy. Rustic, rough round the edges. ,
