(On tap @ Societe, April 3/17) Lightly hazed gold pour with a small fine white head and good lace. Aroma is pine needle, grass, citrus peels, pils-like malt core is a touch bready with grain hints. Flavour is pretty dry pale/pils type malt, leafy hops, grass, pine, grapefruit pith, light to moderate bitterness, crisp. Fairly light bodied, soft carb. On the lighter side of things, feels more like an APA, nice expression of the Chinook freshness with a malt body that’s light but contributes flavour. Easy to drink.
