Sampled from the tap at Mixed Culture. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to edges. Aroma has notes of dry tart light fruits, funk, hint menthol and grains backing. Flavor is similar with a nice dry tart fruit note and a bit of earthy funk coming through.

Bottle from the brewery: pours mostly clear golden with a white head. Aroma is woody funk, hints of tropical fruit, some spiciness or something. Taste is rather tart. Nice complexity. Some minor sweetness. Fairly light but the tart/sour makes it pack some punch. Aftertaste is quite pleasant... kind of like a cereal thing going on.
