Sample at the taproom. Hazy straw-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, herbal yeast, grassy hop and malt. The finish is zesty grapefruit and yeast. Pretty good overall.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals a lovely saison yeast character, with just a touch of grapefruit zest. Flavour follows suit, with lots of saison yeast, grapefruit zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry and rustic, with lots of depth. Now this is just excellent.

Light grapefruit, a little floral aroma. Some fruit. Pours clear golden yellow without much head or lacing. A little zing in finish like a knockout. Tap at Snally.

At the source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is light grapefruit, saison yeast and minerals. Taste is lightly grapefruity and saisonesque. Very light and good.
