Pint can from Bella's Sault St Marie, 7/28/21. Bought early this month. Canned 02/19/19/ Bella's sells out of date beer. I won't hold it against the beer, and I will notify the brewery. Murky orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, tangerine, mango. Taste is vanilla, tangerine. Mild bitterness. Some raisin in the very back. This one held up decently despite the abuse it received.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/19/2019. Pours nearly opaquely hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, licorice, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, licorice, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, licorice, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal lingering resins/rinds through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.8%. Overall this is an incredible NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish, amazingly soft feel. Amazing Ella, Citra, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced bready oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering bitter dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example. My favorite from them so far.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, light resin, tropical citrus fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a crisp, fresh, zesty, juicy citrus, dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pours hazy orange/yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of orange and hops. Taste is intensely hoppy, interesting tropical fruit notes. Palate contains resinous hops (simcoe?) as well as pineapple and guava. Interesting, should be classified as a NEIPA

Pours hazy orange into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat surface. Dusty, hot melon aromas. Thick with caramel and papaya upfront turning to hot, overripe mango and passion fruit before the lasting tropical fruit skin and pith finish.

Keg at BD TH, 06/12/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange pith, pine needle, dank notes, mango, ripe tropicana. Taste comprises juicy citric flesh, light booze, mango pulp, raw pineapple, grapefruit, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with juicy to dankish hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking DIPA.
