25/1/2019. Cask at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours black with a small bubbly tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, hops, citrus fruit, dark fruits and a hint of liquorice. Light sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium to full bodied, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Heavy duty bitterness to finish. Great complexity. Very good.
