Collaboration brew with Bexar County Brewers & All Day Brewing. A stout aged on dates in Speyside whiskey barrels for 6 months then aged for a further 7 months. This beer is hugely complex delivering chocolate, dark fruits, vanilla, whiskey & peat. Very full bodied and smoother than a dolphin!

Keg at the 2020 Leicester Beer Festival. Dark brown, opaque with a little ring of tan head. Salted caramel and a touch of burnt barley on the aroma. Taste is ambrosial, with the sweetness of barley sugar combines with milk chocolate and TCP. More astringency in the long finish. Complex, intense and so delicious. An imperial stout to respect and savour.

25/1/2019. Keykeg at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours black with a bubbly tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, toffee, malt, dark fruits, plum, whiskey and wood. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Slight nutty peaty finish. Very good, best tried at this years festival.
