22/8/2019. BIAB at the Ale House, Chelmsford. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, dabinett apples, light citrus and caramel, with light funky barnyard notes. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Nice and crisp, refreshing, enjoyed this.

Keg from the producer's own stall at Feast on the Farm, Peterley Manor Farm, Great Missenden. Hazy yellow colour. No fizz. Lots of farmyard and wood, a bit of leather and some apple skin in this drying cider. Decent full flavour, maybe needed a little more body and juiciness for my liking. Ciders are pretty subjective though, I can imagine others might like this more.
