Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - golden amber. Big fizzy head. Nose - herby and spicy. Also, lemon peel and a little pepper. Taste - ginger heat, candied lemon and herbs. Palate - light bodied, peppery middle and light spice remaining on the finish. Good linger. Overall - quite nice.

18/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at The Eternal Optimist, Swindon. Pours clear golden with a foamy white head. Aroma of ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves, Thai frangrant rice and sweet biscuit. Medium plus sweetness with light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, soft texture and carbonation. Enjoyed this.

Bottle at Busaba Eathai Bloomsbury - London. Pours clear yellow with a slight, foamy white head. The nose has a lot of lemongrass and zesty lime. Light sweet flavour with some pale bread, rindy and zesty citrus, lemon and lime, tangerine, grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with moderate grassy bitterness, a little bready pale malt, pale bread sugars, faint honey, more zesty lime and lemongrass. Novel.
