Palate - light bodied, peppery middle and light spice remaining on the finish. Good linger. Overall - quite nice.

18/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at The Eternal Optimist, Swindon. Pours clear golden with a foamy white head. Aroma of ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves, Thai frangrant rice and sweet biscuit. Medium plus sweetness with light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, soft texture and carbonation. Enjoyed this.
