This one-off, dry-hopped farmhouse ale has been fermented with two strains of Brettanomyces (keep in mind that brett, when used in primary fermentation, doesn’t create funky flavours) and one strain of brewer’s yeast (saccharomyces).

Bottle: Poured a hazy hay color ale with a large off-white foamy head with excellent retention and some good lacing. Aroma of dry rustic malt notes with light hay ester is pretty enticing. Taste is also a very good mix of rustic malt with dry hops and dry ester notes with light hay notes also discernable. Body is pretty full for average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable farmhouse ale with good balance between some complexity and great drinkability.
