0,15l from tap at BXLBeerfest. orange cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, earthy, leathery, spices, bit rubbery. ok smell bit weird. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, leathery, bit rubbery, earthy, spices, peppery, grassy, light wine notes. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, earthy and leathery notes. not a big fan of this 6, 4, 6, 3, 11

7 3 7 3 14Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of big brett funk, herbs, citrus and oak. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter with citric sourness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at BXL festival. Murky yellow golden with white head. Thick funk, hay, dank hops, soft lime and lemon, tart grains, soft gooseberries, creamy wheat, cow poop. Over medium sour, almost medium sweet and light bitter. Bit over medium bodied.
