A big British style extra special bitter well balanced with lots of caramel malt sweetness, fruity esters, hop aroma and bitterness. Named after the warm winds that melt our snow as well as the hop utilized in this ale.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy amber color with a medium off-white foamy head with average retention and not much lacing. Aroma of grainy malt and light citrus hops is OK. Taste is dominated by grainy dry malt notes with some bitter citrus notes. Body is quiet full for style with average carbonation. Too dry and not enough hops – average at best.
