"Harvey’s Bitter" is a premium small-batch brew in the "standard/ordinary bitter" style and winner of the 1st annual "Garrison Ultimate Brew-Off"! Homebrewers Brian Harvey, Justin Lockhart and Steve Trickett worked with brewmaster Daniel Girard to procue & package the winning recipe.
Mild in maltiness & hop aroma, this highly "sessionable" brew delivers on taste and character.

Bottle: Poured a clear light copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt with unrefined grain. Taste is dryer then expected with some caramel malt and a somewhat unpleasant unrefined grain malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easily drinkable though somewhat too dry for my taste.
