Light splits and colour flourishes. Food for the mind and the spirit. Liberally dry hopped with Motueka, Citra and Amarillo. Zingy and Tropical. Always drink Spectrolium.

Keg at the Taps, Beaconsfield. Hazy dirty gold colour with a lasting white head. Ooh, this is a good one. Tropical up front - pineapple and mango - against a citrus base of orange and lemon. A light touch of dank grass in the finish. Lovely fresh hops dance in the aftertaste. So, so easy to drink and very moreish, which makes it a dangerous brew at this strength. Lovely stuff from what is a new brewery to me - I'll have to try more of theirs.
