Pours a clear golden amber colour with a small frothy off-white head. The aroma is malty and fruity, bready and orange peel. A moderately bitter taste, bready malt, light caramel and bitter orange flavours with a citrusy bitter finish.

Cask at the Greyfriar, Reading. Hazy orangey-amber with an off-white head. Nice gentle fizz - served in great condition, as I'd expect at this pub. Flavourwise there's bread dough and caramel and stewed plums, with a light but lovely note of fresh orange juice in the finish. It's ok, but it could do with a cleaner and crisper beer to allow the orange to properly shine through.

From cask at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, 23.08.22. Translucent amber golden. Dense off-white head and lacing. Sweet aroma and taste of sweet pale malt, syrup, honey, caramel, plums, figs and dries tropical fruits. Balanced with moderate bitterness. Appropriately uncarbonated.
