500ml bottle from stall at Bishop Auckland food festival 2017. Golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and mellow fruity aroma. Taste is malty, grain, straw, yeasty with some citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy earthy bitter finish. Quite OK.

[ As Hill Island Neptune’s Golden Trident ].Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel, pale malt, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity, wood, earthy.
