500ml bottle from stall at Bishop Auckland food festival 2017. Golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and mellow fruity aroma. Taste is malty, grain, straw, yeasty with some citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy earthy bitter finish. Quite OK.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Hill Island Neptune’s Golden Trident ].Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel, pale malt, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity, wood, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151008] 6-2-6-3-12
