Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
On cask @ the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with a slight haze. Nose - dry green herbs and general grassiness. Taste - loads of green notes again. Light citrus. Very bitter. Palate - light bodied with a dry middle section that goes into an extremely bitter finish. Overall - too bitter for me!

Cask at the Haymarket. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light citrus, pine. Taste is more of the same. Oily texture, bitter finish.
