750ml bottle from the brewery shop, pours a dark amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of orange, dried fruits, bread, toffee, wood & bourbon. Medium body. Long dry bourbon finish. Highly enjoyable

Deep amber body with a fine tan head. Ok lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium 8+) body and a soft carbonation level. A bit sweet and oily texture. Bready, dried fruits, toffee, wood and some whisky in the flavor. Quite decent and tasty.

Bottle at ash’s. Pours deep orange amber, nose is sweet toffee, floral, wood, taste is sweet, orange, vanilla, toffee.

Bottle from Arran brewery. Appearance - deep amber red with a lovely fluffy head. Nose - not much barrel more red and orange fruit. Malt in the background. Taste - more red fruits and biscuits. Barrel coming through here. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - surprisingly good. Really complex.

Bottle at Ashton McCobb’s. Pours amber red, light haze, with a thick white head. Aromas of vanilla, oak, toffee. Taste is sweet, oaky, thin finish. Good texture and palate.
