Cask at Craven Arms; clear amber pour with a frothy white head, aroma has citrus, sweet malts, taste has sweet malts, some biscuits, a hint of citrus.

500ml bottle from the North Riding Brewpub. 4.0%. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and pine. Taste is yeasty, more woody notes. Bitter lemon finish, a little thin too.

Bottle from Marketplace Alehouse and Deli, Doncaster. Hazy gold. Big, dense, lasting, white head. Looks good, but things go downhill, thereafter. Light aroma of vinegar. Tastes tart and dry. There’s probably a good beer in there, somewhere...
