Amber colour, small steady white head. Light tart, overriped apple aroma. Light-bodied. Light farmhouse funkyness, green apple. Kind of white-wineous but quite with little substance. Easy and suitable for white wine/cider lovers.

A dark yellow beer, a head is smal and blond. Aroma has apples, earthyness, sourness, yeast. Taste is cleaner than aroma, apples, sourness, slightly harsh, quite mild, some notes of wheat. Almost medium bodied. Maybe the recipe isn't totally ready yet.

Bottle 500ml. @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Klaavuntie 11, Helsinki, Finland 00910. [ As Rousal Sour Apple Weizen ].Unclear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, rubber, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart apple, weizen yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160706] 6-3-6-3-11

Smell lf yeast, banana, some apple. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, some cidery notres. Somewhere between weizen, Berliner weisse and cider. Medium sour, mildly sweet. Flat carbon. Weird but good.

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Hazy amber c9olour, small white head. Aroma is lactic, some sour floral and fruity notes with mild apples to it. Flavour is fruits, some wheat and mild tart/sour notes. Wellbalanced, and quite refreshing.

50cl bottle @ pikkulintu. Rating nr 6000. Goldeny color, thin white head. Tartness, wheat, citrus and mild ripe fruits. Flavor has citrusy notes, wheat, yeast, mild spices. Decent.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - xx/2017, at Pikkulintu, 20160706) The beer deep golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness,clove and sweetness. Palate was medium and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, sourness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had tartness and bitterness. A decent tart brew.
