Bottle from the Beers of Europe Christmas case. Pours a copper colour with a white head. Yet another thin bodied Christmas ale. Aromas of pepper spice, dark fruit and toffee. Flavours of sweet spice, lemon sherbet and caramel.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours amber with a light haze, thin white ring of head. Aromas of toffee, malt, raisins and sultanas. Taste is sweet, candied peel, more sultanas. Thin body, sweet finish. Not bad.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a slight haze. Toffee, fruity and hops in the aroma with some grapefruit also featuring. Hoppy and fruity taste with biscuit and grapefruit featuring strongly. A pleasant bitterness.

500ml bottle from Realale.com at Ealing BF 07. Cloudy muddy red/brown colour. Thick lasting beige head. Hop aroma is lovely. Full in mouth. Very good, red berry, full bitter. Sherberty hop aroma. Malts come through too. I really like Oakleaf beers, although it started well, it became poor. Some chalkyness. Starts well, but this chalky mouthfeel is not good and lasts into the finish.
