Cask @ Piccadilly Tavern, Manchester. Clear golden with a thin head. Fruit hopped and crisp with a slightly bushy aroma. The fruit lingers for a while where it’s at its most stated.

Cask at the Nicholson’s pub canary wharf. Golden orange coloured pour with a loose lasting white head. Aroma is slightly grassy , touch of american c hop, wheat and English esters. Flavour is biscuit and light caramel malts with light berry zingy citrus and English ale yeast. Good condition with moderate carbonation a medium light body. Decent drinkable beer.

Cask at the Carpenters Arms, Windsor, 20/07/14. Firstly I didn’t realise this was an Evan Evans beer, might not have bothered if I had, a small logo sneaked into the bottom of the clip was the only clue! Lightly hazed golden, moderate off white top. Lemon rind, citric notes, grassy, soft bread dough. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, trace of bitterness in the close. So so.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - slightly hazy and golden. Nose - lemon and malt with a touch of honey. Taste - more lemon honey and malt. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Good balance between bitter and sweet. Overall - good beer though the graininess of the malt sticks out a bit.

Cask at The Haymarket. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Aromas of soap, pine, light citrus waft, malt. Taste is light sweet. Must’ve been alight touch with the Amarillo in this one. Decent balance, but lacks a bit of flavour.
