Next up from our Off the Wall range, we’re excited to bring you Tomahawk, a 6% American Red Rye-P-A!
Liberal amounts of crystal rye malt alongside red crystal barley malt give Tomahawk its beautiful red glow, along with a strong, dry malt backbone.
The malty dryness makes way for zesty citrus-dominated fruit punch on the aftertaste, from a big hitting all American line-up of Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo hops. For a fuller hop palate, and because it’s really good, we’ve added some Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand.
Also, look out for the outstanding head retention and lacing on the glass; a result of combining liberal quantities of hops with wheat malt.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Golden-red with an amber glow. Has a dry fruity pale ale nose and also a slightly dry but fruity taste.

Keg at The Last Drop, York. Pours clear reddish brown, thick off-white head. high carbonation and big bubbles. Light spice and citrus aromas. Taste is neither here nor there. Expected a bit more from this.
