Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at Brigantes, York. Pours chestnut brown, thin off-white head. Light hop aromas, mostly caramel. Taste has a decent balance of bitter and sweet. Would’ve liked a bit more citrus, but good.
