Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Smooth pale malts hosts great mango and tangerine hops. Hop spice and a little pine and resin. A spicy light finish, Hangs together very well. Spicy, tropical, piney cask treat.

Bottle from Oddbins Beer Shop, Blackheath. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Pineapple, red fruit and light spice aroma. More red fruit in the flavour with notes of lemon sherbet and spice. Sweet fruit linger on the palate. Nice.

Bottle at home, 24th December 15. Pours fairly dark for a IPA. Aroma is hoppy citrus fruit, taste is hop forward, the orange comes through, not over done and complements the base beer. Very nice IPA
