Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Hazy deep gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has reasonable carbonation. Smooth sweet malts. Sweet bubblegum esters. Fair bit of fruit here. Touch of mango pulp. Just light smoke! Semi dry floral finish. Decent and a bit off the beaten track.
