Bière fermentée naturellement sur des jus de raisin (Cinsault et Carignan) préparés (presse directe et macération carbonique) par Olivier Cohen (Argeliers - Hérault). Passage quelques mois en barriques et assemblage avec une barrique de bière acide.

Bottle (75cl) as an aperitif on new year's eve. Interesting pour on this one: small head that evaporated immediately (with a lovely fizz) and a nice dark orange to copper colour, quite hazy. Aroma is vinous, sweet, red wine, complex, not a lot of acidity. Medium body. Flavour is surprisingly sweet, low acidity, grapes and wine flavours, complex and oaky, with a long red wine finish. Lovely. Had this at a La Malpolon tasting at Ca' del Brado and loved it and this bottle is just as good.
