Birra dal colore biondo chiaro, limpida e con tanta schiuma bianca che svanisce velocemente. Al naso note marine e di spezie. In bocca è fresca, frizzante e leggermente acidula tendente al lattico con una sapidità moderata. Il risultato è una birra molto beverina e rinfrescante con note lievemente citriche ed erbacee. Perfetta per l’aperitivo o in abbinamento a pietanze delicate per esaltarne il gusto.

On tap at Beer 4 Bunnies, Bologna. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Citric and salty. Light bodied. Moderate sourness. Somewhat bland.

giallo carico torbida buona schiuma succo di ananas nota tropicale lieve nota sapida citrica un po amarognolo finale

On tap at eretici beer festival. Very fruity, lightly salty gose, lots of red fruit. Nice.
