Bottle at Amole. Aroma is floral fruity, lots of citrus fruit, Sichuan pepper, wheat, bergamot, lemon. Medium body. Flavour is nice, lacks a bit of body imo. Refreshing and zesty.

bottle bbe 4/23 dorata velata schiuma molto abbondante un po grossolana buona persistenza naso speziato scorza agrume quasi balsamica abbastanza amara china interessante speziatura ma piuttosto invadente

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy opaque gold, with lots of suspended yeast. Nice fluffy head of white foam, very fine. Aroma is weak, delicately peppery and herbaceous. Body is average, like carbonation and some peppery feeling. Taste has a nice medium-strong bitterness, with a little initial sweetness. Final is fairly long and bitter.
