Keg at Fuori Orsa Moline, Bologna, 25/03/23. Hazed golden yellow with a good sized white head. Nose is sweet, floral, lemon rind, orange peel. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, light white peppery spice, clove, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Poor for the style, sweet and flabby, little cutting through the sweetness here.

On tap at il Punto. Very weird hay smell, not great, but pleasant flavour, mild, light acidity, peach.

L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha bollicine fini come quelle del piano inferiore. La consistenza del liquido è opalescente. Il colore è giallo torbido ma pulito. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il finale è felpato e pulito. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca ha i sentori di pane, frumento, fieno, cereali, fiori, frutta, pesca e agrumi.
