A special 5-way collaboration of Green Cheek’s infamous ode to WCIPA! Intentionally crafted with very little malt presence in order to let the hops express themselves at their fullest potential. Dry hopped liberally with Simcoe & Citra for full saturation of American hop character from sniff to swallow. Tangerine, grapefruit, blueberry, stone fruit, mango, passion fruit, and a floral dankness will get you attention- and the party's just getting started. Brewed in collaboration with Cellarmaker, Cloudburst, Green Cheek, Pinthouse & Cloudwater, because making beer is great, but making it with your friends is even better!

At the tap. Opaque amber. Foamy frothy white head. Aroma is bitter and citrusy plus peppery. Flavourwise it's got a medium bitterness with peppery edge. Underlying fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Buoyant soft-fizzy carbKegonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice of somehow retrained.

Can. Golden beer with a cream head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor. Medium bodied. Very good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 27, 2022. Aroma is fairly hop forward with lots of orange, grapefruit and tangerine with lighter notes of pine and dank, oily resin. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, pale, yellow-gold with a medium sized, fairly thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately high bitterness with light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of orange, grapefruit and tangerine with lighter notes of pine and oily, dank resin. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA with lots of traditional hop character but a lighter malt profile. Bitterness is balanced and well hidden as is the alcohol.
