Deviation Works manufactures skis and snowboards in Portland, Oregon. While meeting up for a pint to discuss our mutual love of snowboarding, we talked about the ideal beverage for the slopes. Everyone settled on a beer similar to a macro lager, but one with much more flavor and aroma. That sparked the idea for this traditional American Light Lager brewed with flaked corn and noble hops, followed by additions of New Zealand Waimea hops to brighten the beer and add fresh citrus notes.
