Pint can. Pours a crystal clear yellow gold color with an ample sudsy white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is strong with Belgian yeasts, cardamon and white fruits. The taste is apples, pears and a bit of breadiness. Palate seemed a bit shy of full. Bitterness is low and mostly noticeable on the finish. Finishes short with linger bitter spices and a trace of gum. Overall: Decent Belgian ale.

Can - this is my last can of the four pack and I’ve kept going back and forth on my opinion of it - it’s definitely an attempt at a Duvel clone, so I’ll give it props for that - the nose pulls this off fairly well - it’s flinty, floral, with some slight honey character and mild peppery phenolics - the alcohol hits a little too hard in the flavor, at times making it lightly medicinal - some nice phenols through the middle - very mild gummy esters - finishes dry and lightly bitter, with some floral touches, but there’s also a lingering alcohol burn on that’s not so pleasant - meh.
