330ml bottle from brewery online. Cloudy gold with small white head, modest foam retention. Aroma of pineapple, wood, caramel and cream with a funky touch of overripe fruit. Taste is light sour, passionfruit, cream cheese, white wine. Finish is tangy tropical, wood caramel, alcohol, slightly dry. Of the three aged beers I have had from Attic Brew so far this is the best. Its complex and tasty.

2/1/2023. Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Pours clear pale golden with a small foamy white head. Aroma is sour, pineapple, passion fruit chive, pine, herbs. Medium sweetness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily, quite lively. Interesting, but preferred fig.1.

330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy light gold with a small head. Aroma is sour cheese with pineapple. Taste has tinned pineapple to start with a cheesy passionfruit finish. Quite dry.
