Utilising mixed fermentation and barrel aging techniques to provide depth and complexity, our "Figure" range shows off a refined, sophisticated side to beer. Fig. 2 has notes of passion fruit a d caramelised pineapple. Crisp and sparkling with plenty of oak flavour from the barrel gives this a distinguished dry white wine character.

330ml bottle from brewery online. Cloudy gold with small white head, modest foam retention. Aroma of pineapple, wood, caramel and cream with a funky touch of overripe fruit. Taste is light sour, passionfruit, cream cheese, white wine. Finish is tangy tropical, wood caramel, alcohol, slightly dry. Of the three aged beers I have had from Attic Brew so far this is the best. Its complex and tasty.
