330ml bottle from brewery. Hazy dark gold, small white head, circular retention. Aroma of overripe citrus zest, cider vinegar. Sour milk, sharp citrus peel, toast, light caramel in taste. Lots of character although its very sharp and sour.

2/1/2023. Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. West Midlands rating #150. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sour, peachy, orange, woody, vanilla, touch herbal. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, quite lively. Aroma its high point.

330ml bottle. Pours murky orange brown with a small head. Aroma is sharp, ashy sour vinegar and a little menthol. Taste has sour toffee to start. Ashy sour balsamic vinegar finish.
