Can. Dedicated to the ones in blue. Nice beer. Gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is grains and well balanced. Taste is also well balanced.

Pint at Scotties on the River. Pours a clear, straw color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The aroma is hay, cane sugar, orange, and white bread. Sweet and sugary, with a light, easy bitterness. Crisp and clean.

Very yeasty kolsch, lots of white bread and lemon on top of grain and toasted corn, finished off with a lingering sourdough tang. Very carbonated, very light, very basic kolsch. Eh.
