Odd, sweeter than I expected, with a substantial grain sweetness backed by rather muted wine notes. Vanilla, corn, and wheat are far more prevalent than the Sauvignon Blanc; the grape only shows through on the back end, and even then its comes across more white grape juice than wine. Slack texture enhances the sugary side, while the pour lacks much head or lace. Eh.

L'amaro è non invasivo e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il finale è bruschino. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano note di miele, agrumi, vino bianco, frutta e spezie.
